Who Can Refer?

Self-Referral

Individuals can refer themselves directly for assessment, therapy or wellbeing support. No GP referral is required. Simply complete the enquiry form and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your needs and the most appropriate pathway.

Family or Carer Referral

Family members and carers can make an enquiry on behalf of a loved one. We will discuss the referral with you and, where appropriate, seek consent from the individual before proceeding.

Professional Referral

Healthcare professionals, GPs, consultants, social workers and allied health professionals can refer patients or clients directly. We accept referrals from NHS and private healthcare settings and will liaise with the referring professional throughout the process.

Organisations, employers, care providers and educational institutions can refer individuals or request services for their staff or service users. We can discuss service level agreements, block booking arrangements and tailored programmes.
